In a world where most arcades in America are currently also trendy bars, there was one man who saw the need to do that long ago. That man, however, took things one step further and added a fun zone for children, a somewhat addictive pizza, and beer for parents. It was ahead of its time, and while I don’t think most people would make the connection between modern barcades and Chuck E.
